Weekly
Learn to recognize triggers, quiet the spiral, and build real coping skills in a small weekly group led by a licensed therapist specializing in anxiety and CBT — with guided discussion, practical tools, and a low-pressure first session.
A supportive weekly group led by a licensed therapist focused on mood disorders and DBT — combining structured discussion and peer support to help you reconnect, build momentum, and start moving forward at your own pace.
An 8-week structured cohort led by an ADHD-specialized psychologist — focused on real-world skills for focus, organization, and self-regulation through guided workshops and group discussion that actually fit how your brain works.
A structured 10-week group for adults and teens on the spectrum, led by an ASD-specialized psychologist — offering tools, connection, and a low-pressure environment designed for clarity, routine, and real support.
A weekly group for teens led by a youth-specialized therapist — offering a relaxed, judgment-free space to talk about anxiety, identity, school, and relationships, with optional parent check-ins when helpful.
A gentle bi-weekly group led by a grief-specialized therapist — offering space to process loss at your own pace through open conversation, quiet support, and a first session where simply showing up is enough.
Is group therapy as effective as individual therapy?
Yes — research consistently shows group therapy is as effective as individual therapy for most conditions, and often more effective for specific issues like social anxiety, grief, and depression. The peer connection you get in a group is something individual therapy simply can't replicate.
Do I have to share if I'm not ready?
Never. You can listen as much or as little as you want, especially at the start. Most people find they naturally open up over time — but there's no pressure, ever. Your pace is the right pace.
What if I don't connect with the group?
Tell us. We'll find you a better fit — a different group, a different time, or individual therapy if that's a better match. We match carefully from the start, but if it's not clicking, we adjust.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. Everything shared in the group stays in the group. All members agree to a confidentiality agreement before joining — and your clinician holds the group to that standard. HIPAA protections apply to everything we do.
Can I do group therapy and individual therapy at the same time?
Absolutely — many people find the combination incredibly powerful. Your individual therapist and group facilitator can coordinate your care so both work together, not in silos.
How quickly can I get into a group?
Most people are in their first session the same week they reach out. Rolling enrollment groups can start immediately. Cohort groups have set start dates — we'll let you know when the next one begins and hold your spot.
